Pre-foreclosure:

What is it & how does it impact me?

person is behind in payments

(mortgage, taxes, or HOA), but

there is no foreclosure sale date is pre-foreclosure.

person is behind in payments,

and there IS a foreclosure sale

Loss Mitigation Support

Loss mitigation is a process where lenders (or servicers) collaborate with homeowners facing financial hardship to prevent foreclosure and minimize financial losses. We assist homeowners with the collection of relevant documents, as well as, the preparation and submission of the loss mitigation package.

Surplus Funds Recovery

In a foreclosure, surplus funds are the proceeds left over from a property sale at auction for a price higher than the total amount of the mortgage, taxes, and/or any other liens. This remaining money is legally owed to the former homeowner, any junior lien holders, or others with recorded claims against the property.
