We strive to be recognized not merely as a service provider, but as the essential ally for individuals, families and businesses navigating the often-complex and emotionally taxing process of financial recovery following a significant property transition or loss.
CSEA envisions a future where no homeowner faces foreclosure alone or uninformed. We aim to become a trusted national advocate that protects homeowner rights at every stage of financial distress, delivers clear and ethical guidance, and ensures families have a fair chance to preserve stability, dignity, and the equity they have earned. Through a compliance-driven, full-cycle support model. CSEA seeks to set a higher standard for consumer advocacy while expanding access to meaningful solutions for homeowners across the country.

About us
C & S Equity Advocates (CSEA) is a foreclosure defense and surplus funds recovery firm operating under a public benefit charter. We help low to mid-income individuals and families who are current and former property owners to avoid, navigate or recover from foreclosure. CSEA provides support to our clients through a three part pipeline, ensuring community members receive the information, advocacy, and assistance needed to make informed decisions during periods of financial uncertainty.
We understand that facing foreclosure is overwhelming, confusing, and unfair. Many property owners don’t know their rights, what options are available, or who to trust. That is where CSEA steps in. We break down complex processes into clear, easy-to-understand steps and stand beside our clients—so you never have to go through it alone.
CSEA represents over 40 years of combined business development, legal, real estate, and technology experience. The culmination of this experience led to the creation of this company, as we observed low- and middle-income people, as well as small business owners, drowning in debt without a meaningful path to recovery. We saw good people losing homes, equity, and generational wealth simply because they did not have access to the right information or guidance.
CESA exists to change and challenge unjust standards. By combining deep industry knowledge with modern tools and a client-first approach, we work to protect equity, re-establish stability, and help families and business owners move forward with confidence in an uncertain economy.
